The festival is delighted to welcome celebrated actress and Queen's Park local Tuppence Middleton to talk about her acclaimed memoir Scorpions in which she shares her experiences of living with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD).

Tuppence's film and television appearances include The Imitation Game, Downton Abbey, War & Peace and Black Mirror. In 2025 she played Nobel laureate Annie Ernaux in the stage adaptation of her autobiographical novel The Years.

Since its publication, Scorpions has been celebrated as a rare and moving account of living with one of society's most misunderstood disorders.
