Theo Randall: The Italian Table
Join acclaimed chef Theo Randall as he discusses his latest cookbook, The Italian Table, a celebration of the food of Italy featuring 100 new recipes that capture the simplicity, authenticity and generosity of Italian cooking.
Organised around the traditional courses of an Italian meal – Antipasti, Primi, Secondi, Contorni and Dolci – the book showcases dishes including Tuscan Ribollita, Amatriciana and Pansotti alla Genovese, highlighting time-honoured culinary traditions and honest ingredients.
Theo will share insights from a career dedicated to Italian cuisine, from his years at the River Café to his work as a restaurateur, broadcaster and cookbook author. Passionate and accessible, The Italian Table encourages cooks of all levels to gather, share and enjoy the spirit of Italian food.
