The Bayeux Tapestry: A QPBF Special Event

In September 2026 The Bayeux Tapestry - one of the most important and unique cultural artefacts in the world - will return to the UK for the first time since it was created almost 1,000 years ago. To celebrate this landmark event, the festival is proud to welcome Michael Lewis, chief curator of The Bayeux Tapestry exhibition at the British Museum to offer a special insight into this most precious historical record and remarkable work of art with The Sunday Times bestselling historian Marc Morris.
