Since launching their first Middle Eastern-inspired restaurant, Honey & Co. in 2012, Itamar Srulovich and Sarit Packer have taken the culinary world by storm. Their first cookbook Honey & Co The Cookbook was named Cookbook of the Year by The Sunday Times, and was the Fortnum & Mason Food & Drink Awards Cookery Book of the Year, and won the The Guild of Food Writer’s Award Winner for Best First Book.
