Michelin-starred chef Michel Roux reveals the joy of cooking simple and delicious French meals at home
Celebrated chef and restaurateur Michel Roux joins the festival to share his latest feast of mouth-watering everyday recipes with his new book At Home. Focusing on some of his favourite French food to cook at home, Michel will delight in family classics that have been passed down through the generations.
He will be joined by award-winning writer, journalist and broadcaster Jay Rayner to discuss his remarkable career and his tastiest recipes from At Home.

Michel Roux Jr is one of London’s most respected chefs. Le Gavroche, which he has run since 1991, continues to receive recommendations for excellence in every food guide. Jay Rayner
Jay Rayner is an award-winning writer, journalist and broadcaster. He was born in London in 1966 and has written extensively across the British and international media as both feature writer and columnist on everything from crime and politics, to the arts and fashion. He now writes for the Observer, where he is a feature writer and restaurant critic. His most recent book is Chewing the Fat.
