Matt Adlard: Bake It Better

The baking star shares his methods for mastering your baking techniques

Matt Adlard only started baking in his twenties, and in a short time has risen to become one of the UK’s most-followed food personalities with over 1.5 million followers. His baking started off as a disaster, but through persistence and dedication, his blog ‘Topless Baker’ gained a massive following and took him to the USA and Mexico to share his baking. 

Matt has now embarked on the next step of his journey. He’s had judging appearances on America’s Food Network, baked live on UK’s Saturday Kitchen, was a judge with Mary Berry to find the Jubilee pudding, and has launched his own online baking school – Bake It Better. Matt is appearing at the Queen’s Park Book Festival on the publication week for his first book Bake It Better. He’ll share his baking journey, his tips for perfection, and his tried-and-true baking approach to help you advance from intermediate to master baker. With passion and flair, Matt will share his secrets to elevating baking from refreshingly refined to extraordinarily elegant. Matt will be in conversation with chef and food writer Fran Warde.
