Leading chefs discuss their life and work, in aid of Hospitality Action
The pandemic has seen unprecedented country-wide lockdowns forcing the hospitality industry to close doors around the country. Behind those doors, chefs continued to cook and one result is Chefs at Home, 50 outstanding chefs sharing their favourite home recipes in support of the charity Hospitality Action. Two Michelin stars chef Richard Corrigan, chef/patron of Bentley’s Oyster Bar & Grill and Corrigan’s Mayfair will be joined by Ed Wyand, Operations Director at Maison François in St James. They will be in conversation with food writer and cook Fran Warde.
