Kilburn local Jane Haynes originally trained as a Jungian psychoanalyst but then ‘defected’ and now refers to herself as a relational psychotherapist. In 2008 her book Who is it that can tell me who I am? (Little, Brown) was shortlisted for the PEN Ackerley Prize for literary autobiography. If I chance to talk a little wild is the brutally honest, passionate and unorthodox sequel. She is smitten with her dog Dido who has her own chapter ‘Dido’s Laments’.
Queen’s Park author and artist Alexander Newley and Kilburn based writer and psychotherapist Jane Haynes share insights from their unique yet universal experiences of childhood with the actor Juliet Cowan.
